Lacking of the table of content, that let's your reader has an overview of the content of the current issue.

Try to use an e-mag style of layout (you can refer to many of the e-mag sites) rather than the dull, one box navigation style.

If possible, it would be great to allow your reader to download a PDF version of the magazine.

I'll take the suggestion for table of content into consideration.

Emag style layout? Do you mean those Flash version that allows flipping? Well, I didn't chose that because Flash version of emag loads too slow. In addition, Google are not able to index words in Flash.

I'll not create a PDF version of the e-magazine because:-
a) this is a dynamic e-magazine, it is updated every now and then for a particular issue until the end of the month. For e.g. 1st issue is Jan 2007, it'll be updated whenever there are new events etc. This update will stop at the end of Jan 2007 and Feb 2007 will be the second issue.
b) I want readers to keep coming back to my e-magazine online
