i actually likes flash too, and did js 1 or 2 flash based website only..but tat was 2-3 years ago i think, after i start entering to the working world where i start exposing myself to xhtml, then i seldom touch flash on website purpose already, mostly is on banners and stuffs...sad

I'm leaving fully flash site since 2 years ago too.. (because SEO is better).
But still making flash banner.. since it more attractive.

Btw.. nicely done site.. but a bit slow and heavy loading.. some people might be leave away.

the replaced cursor with cursor hide function code make me uncomfortable..
it's boring .

Hehe. Yea that's why I am having a WordPress blog for SEO purpose! But most projects I was requested to build are a hybrid of Flash+HTML. Sigh* I could only make full flash site for my personal interest. By the way my website is quite light, around 250kb for the whole site. Cheers~

anyway.. 1 thing to be mention.
even the file is less than 250.

but the animation in flash remain's something that made you site like FREEZE. (imagine.. 20 small animated flying movie clip in your flash) Sometime, causing browser to freeze or hang too.

Anyway I am good at optimize script in Flash, so no worries~

neh, we r not antiflash community, at least i m not so dun worry

but wat said by mysticmind is true, a contant looping movieclips would not make an obvious sign, but when more then 10 constant looping mc is looping simultaneously, u can find ur browser is actually quite hard to navigate, can also check the performance tab in the task manager

last time when i m not aware of this issue, i did a flash which was just 11kb, but the my performance for my pc actually running almost max when played the flash O_O after this case, i start paying attention to my animation, and trying not to make them move at the same time already if possbile :P

Great flash website! It loads fast and love the effect.

Unfortunately, I have to say the recent trend is more "ajax" now instead of flash. As Ajax can achieve same/better effect than flash, but more SEO friendly and faster loading time. Check out http://www.gucci.com/ , fully coded in Ajax. But that's just me.

I don't think Ajax can achieve better effect than flash. It's really hard to do some Ajax code to make special effects where you can do it in Flash easily. Yea, I know that Gucci site. Though Ajax is a must for web developers. Technology rocks~

well, not everybody is into Ajax though, bcoz of the complicated of the coding, imagine u can do a simple tweening using flash but u have to code a couple of lines in ur script writer to get the same effect. but of course if u are to say bout SEO and the loading time, of course Ajax would b pretty much preferrable in this case...

for me if choose between a full flash page or full ajax page, i would still choose flash
